Terms of Service
Effective September 4, 2026
These Terms govern your use of SerpFleet, including the Free plan and the Pro subscription. SerpFleet remains in beta, so features, capacity, and analysis rules may change as reliability and user feedback evolve. Do not use the service or connect data sources if you do not agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and authorization
You must be authorized to use the Google account and the Search Console sites or GA4 properties you connect. Do not connect data you are not permitted to access.
2. Service scope
SerpFleet provides a multi-site Portfolio, Portfolio Attention, GSC Query and Page explorers, optional GA4 aggregate metrics, Opportunity signals, user-requested AI SEO analysis, and conditional Google-results validation. Product sign-in, GSC, and GA4 use separate OAuth flows. SerpFleet uses third-party AI inference service providers to deliver requested AI features. AI recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you act.
3. Google data and availability
Google may hide anonymized or low-volume queries, delay data, or revise historical metrics. SerpFleet does not represent a complete query universe and does not guarantee traffic or rankings.
4. Plans and pricing
Free is $0 USD and includes up to 10 active sites and 3 AI analyses per month. Pro is $9 USD per month at Early Beta Pricing and includes up to 50 active sites and 30 AI analyses per month. AI analyses include AI SEO Advisor and Conditional SERP Validation and share one monthly allowance. Pro includes everything in Free. Early Beta Pricing is not guaranteed permanently; we will communicate material price changes before they apply to a future renewal.
5. Recurring billing and taxes
Pro is a monthly recurring subscription that renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for the price disclosed at checkout. Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record, processes payments and invoices, and calculates, collects, and remits applicable transaction taxes based on the customer's region and legal requirements. Taxes may be added at checkout.
6. Cancellation, payment failure, and refunds
You may cancel through the Waffo Pancake Consumer Portal. Pro access remains active through the end of the paid period and then returns to Free, with no charge for a later period. If payment becomes past due, you may need to update your payment method; SerpFleet may temporarily preserve Pro while resolution is pending, and access returns to Free after final cancellation. Refund requests are handled by Waffo Pancake as Merchant of Record under the refund terms disclosed at checkout, applicable law, payment-network rules, and its Merchant of Record obligations. 7. Plan limits and existing usage
Limits are enforced by the workspace plan. AI usage counts new user-requested AI Advisor analyses and SERP validations created during the current UTC calendar month, including requests made earlier this month and failed analyses. Viewing results, polling, and internal retries do not count. Usage resets on the first day of each UTC month, independently of the subscription renewal date. Upgrading increases the same monthly allowance; it does not reset usage. Existing active sites above the plan limit are retained with their history and synchronization, but additional activations require available capacity or an upgrade.
8. Monitoring and archiving
Only active sites continue through GSC, GA4, and Opportunity processing. Archiving pauses future processing while preserving existing history, bindings, and checkpoints unless deletion is requested.
9. Acceptable use
Do not bypass access or usage limits, probe another Workspace, disrupt synchronization, abuse Google APIs or AI services, distribute malicious code, infringe others' rights, or use SerpFleet for fraud, deception, or unlawful activity.
10. Account and service suspension
You may stop using the service and request data-source disconnection or account deletion. We may suspend access to address security risks, unauthorized access, payment fraud, serious abuse, or legal requirements. Subscription cancellation does not by itself delete your SerpFleet account or product data.
11. Payment processing and privacy
Waffo Pancake is the payment processor and Merchant of Record for paid SerpFleet subscriptions. Full card data is processed by Waffo Pancake and is not stored on SerpFleet servers. SerpFleet's handling of account, Google, AI, and limited billing metadata is described in the Privacy Policy at https://serpfleet.io/privacy.
12. Changes and limitation of liability
The beta service is provided as available and may experience delays, third-party outages, or changes. SerpFleet does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, AI output accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Updates and contact
